In order to service our customers with the highest quality products, we have a unique design and creation process. This is one of the reasons why Rey Woodworking remains a leader in millwork in the Toronto area. Our customers play a crucial role at every step of our design process so that only the highest level of customer satisfaction can be delivered. From complete home finishing, architectural millwork, custom kitchen designs to specialty rooms, our clients know well before the installation date exactly what has been put into their designs.
DESIGN
At Rey Woodworking each project begins with a customer consultation. Before any production work begins, shop drawings are submitted for approval and revisions are signed off. Our designers can provide 3D renderings of your projects at your request. We know that sometimes the creative process calls for some corrections, which is why we offer our clients two revisions for each project. Our team members will help guide you through the design process with an experience and skill that ensures you are making good creative choices.
PRODUCTION
In our Vaughan facility, Rey Woodworking manufactures all projects in-house. Throughout the production process, we maintain open communication with our clients, sometimes inviting them to on-site visits for directions on their project. We also provide product photographs to our clients to showcase its progress.
DELIVER AND INSTALL
Rey Woodworking has a fleet of delivery trucks on hand and ready to transport your finished project to its final destination. With secure and on-time delivery and a professionally experienced installation team we fulfill our end and bring your design to life right in your own place.
WARRANTY
All Rey Woodworking cabinet cases, doors, drawer fronts, and millwork components will be warranted for a period of 5 years against workmanship and defects when given reasonable treatment. Hardware items such as tracks and knobs are covered by a lifetime warranty. This assures you that what you are getting is built right the first time and if treated right will last a lifetime.
